The West Coast has led the way in the organic food movement, and the Ecological Farming Association and Conference has been there for much of the excitement and growth. EcoFarm pioneers, contributors and staff will trace the history of organic food and farming from the 1960s onward, looking at the role of the conference in the rise of organic.
