Nearly all year round we are pulling flowers from our fields and hoop houses—from the bulbs, sweet peas, and poppies in the early spring to the garden roses, tuberose, and chrysanthemums in the fall, with over 60 other varieties in between. We sell our flowers to dozens of local and Bay Area florists, to a selection of grocery stores, and direct-to-consumer through our Farmers’ Markets. We also use our flowers to do our own high-end design work for weddings and other special events out of our on-farm design studio. We are proud to use organic growing practices, providing our customers with local flowers grown in accordance with nature and without the use of harmful chemicals.
About the position:

Work is guaranteed from April through October, with the potential of some winter work. Multiple seasons encouraged. During the season we work 40-50 hour weeks Monday through Friday with some rotating weekend work. Compensation is $14/hr.
