Everyone Who Eats Is a Farmer

This "picture show" session traces humanity's dubious invention of agriculture and the major milestones in its historical development from the Holocene's dawn to present time. Where has this left today's 7 billion people nutritionally, and in relationship to the planet's natural systems which support agriculture's current immense productivity? Where do we go from here? (audience participatory discussion to follow)
